Morimoto Asia is located in The Landing right in the middle of all the Disney Springs action.
The Street Food venue offers Pan-Asian street foods that Morimoto Asia says are “Authentically Inspired.”
Atmosphere
This outdoor counter service location is situated on a covered porch outside of the main Morimoto Asia Restaurant.
Our Visit
The Disney Drink Blog visited Morimoto Street Food on a Friday evening at 5 pm.
When I stepped up to the counter ! ordered the spare ribs and the egg rolls. I was then told that they were temporarily out of ribs and egg rolls.
I had to ask how long the wait was as they did not offer the information, and was told 5 to 10 minutes.
OK I thought, I’d been wanting to try this place, so I decided to wait.
I told the server that I’d wait; and that I’d have a Kirin while I waited. The server replied with an embarrassed look on their face that they were out of Kirin as well.
At that point I just shook my head, then turned and walked away…
(Update – Feb 2019) – We returned as promised at 6 pm on a Sunday. On this return visit to give this location another chance we were just as under impressed as last time!
Once again they were “out of egg rolls” with no time offered by servers as to when they would be available.
Apparently you can’t get egg rolls at Morimoto Aisa Street Food!
The menu had changed slightly from the last time that we were last there (changes indicated below).
So I asked the server taking my order what kind of beer they had. She proceeded to take 2 cans out of the fridge and show them to me…
I tried the Spicy Dan Dan Ramen, it was not spicy and the ramen was not fully cooked. overall a mediocre offering.

After two visits the Disney Drink Blog cannot recommend Morimoto Asia Street Food!
Especially when there are so many other great options so close. Just walk by this place.
Raglan Road’s great bars, dining room, and quick service are just a few steps away, offering great drink selections, awesome food, and entertainment!
Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is just a little further.
