Disney California Adventure Lamplight Lounge Review

Disney California Adventure Lamplight Lounge Review

This outdoor bar is one of Disney California Adventure’s most popular spots!

And we agree! the Lamplight Lounge is a great spot to sip one of their delicious innovative drinks and enjoy the afternoon.

Our most recent trip was on a bright sunny California fall day. The sun was sparkling off the water while we sat in the shade at the bar. Wonderful!

Note: the Lamplight Lounge is the name of both the indoor dining location and the outdoor Bar/Lounge under the same roof. Here we are reviewing the Lounge.

Atmosphere

the Lamplight Lounge has an open covered bar area and a patio with umbrella tables. Either is great, but we prefer the covered area to get out of the sun.

As mentioned the Lamplight Lounge is often very busy. This of course depends on overall park attendance. We were last there on a light attendance day and there was no line and plenty of open seating.

On busy days there will be a line to get in. We’ve waited 15-20 minutes in line in the past.

The Menu

The Lamplight Lounge offers a big selection of creative cocktails. All that we’ve tried have been great!

We’ve not run across a drink menu so filled with drinks using Agave Nectar before…

We really enjoy spending some time here on a warm sunny day. It's beautiful. But lines to get in can be long when attendance is high.
