Disney’s Animal Kingdom Thirsty River Bar Review

Today we’ll take a look at this favorite watering hole in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Asia.

Thirsty River is located next to Expedition Everest and is very convenient to the Asia side seating area for Rivers of Light, including the FastPass seating area.

it’s right next to the main walkway to the left of and just a little ways from Everest.

We highly recommend grabbing a drink or two before taking your seat for Rivers of Light. It can be difficult to get out of your row once seated if you are not on the end. And you really don’t want to miss any of the show.

Atmosphere

Thirsty River Bar is essentially a walk up location, with just two bar stools at each of its two serving locations. There are two sides to this bar, one on the side toward Everest and one on the opposite side.

Pro Tip: Often the side facing Everest has a shorter line!
